How to forge equipments ..is there any trick ,?
No. There is no trick to it. The item stats, (and the choice of Commander vs. Castellan) is purely random. Nothing you do influences it.
You will see lots of “tips” floating around telling you to do all sorts of tricks to control or influence the result. However, they don’t work. It is purely random.
